Jim Koutsouklakis
Jim has in excess of 25 years experience in finance, business advisory and corporate recovery.
Prior to establishing Alpha One Advisory, Jim spent almost 11 years at ANZ with his last role being State Director Emerging Corporate NSW.
Jim specialises in creating wealth for his clients via debt solutions and has worked with many large family offices, high net worth investors and ASX listed entities in finding debt solutions that support their growth ambitions and long-term wealth enhancement.
Jim is also a director and Vice President of the Canterbury Leagues Club and outside of work loves to spend time with his 3 children and being the assistant coach to his son’s soccer team.
Jim holds the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce – Macquarie University;
- Master of Business (Sport Management) – Deakin University;
- Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management (National Finance Institute)
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (National Finance Institute).
- Executive Course in Leadership & Negotiation (Harvard School of Law).

John Stivactas
John has over 15 years of experience in business and corporate banking with his last role managing a portfolio of emerging corporate clients at ANZ.
John is a solution focused client advocate who has a track record of creating long-term value for his clients.
John has extensive knowledge in property investment, accountants, lawyers & real estate agent lending and has supported many successful entrepreneurs to grow their net worth via his assistance.
Away from work John is very busy with his 2 young daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Ben has over 20 years’ experience working in the finance industry, working for major banks NAB, Westpac Group and Judo Bank in the corporate and business banking segments.
Ben has extensive experience across a number of industries, supporting businesses obtain finance from $1m to $100m and is well qualified to understand your business and deliver finance solutions.
Ben holds the following qualifications:
- Diploma of Business Management
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
- Member, Finance Brokers Association of Australia
- FINSIA Qualified – Chartered Banker
